The Social Street India partners with Rustik Travel on app to help safeguard endangered animals

Tourists click photos on their smartphones and share them online. These photos contain GPS details that can be easily extracted by poachers to locate and hunt down endangered animals.
The Social Street India teamed up with Rustik Travel, a travel experience curator to create an app that makes it easy to tackle this problem with just one click. UnTag is a free app that empowers people to wipe off GPS data like date, time and location from their photos and share the same online without a worry. Hackers/poachers who try to misuse such images will not be able to retrieve any information about the location of their prey. Hence, this helps save wildlife from untoward threats. A small step that can help safeguard animals.
