Shopping with girlfriends is not an easy task. Waiting for endless hours outside fitting rooms can take a toll on you. And answering the dreaded “How am I looking?” question could be a potential hazard. But what if Carlsberg did fitting rooms? asks Leo Burnett Malaysia.

What the hell is wrong with creatives in Malaysia???
First of all we see the Dos Equis tagline being used for that Hundred Plus drink commercial with Pele, now here is a copy of a famous campaign by JWT for Smirnoff, mixed with a Heineken ad.
Grab the tagline from here:

Bingo, off for four-hour lunch. (And finally, proof that beer and vodka do mix.)
Really must get myself a gig in Malaysia, sounds like a fairly cushy environment!
Hey Kopy-Kat,
If Carlsberg Did… is probably the best tagline in the world and is owned and conceived by Carlsberg. It’s part of pop culture in all the countries that it has ever run in.
Check all the links below. You’ll be a little enlightened:

About the comparison with the Heineken ad…. How is it similar? Women love to shop and men don’t is a very generic insight. The Carlsberg ad is more focussed on ‘changing rooms / fitting rooms’. It’s a take on what men go through outside fitting rooms while their girlfriends are trying on more clothes. Stop masterverbating now and go get yourself a girlfriend. You’ll understand. Both the idea and the feeling.
