Ahhhhhh, the sheer, breathtaking power of a moth as it flits weakiy around a lightbulb before zapping itself for a split second.
Ahhhhhhh, the exhilarating 12,000-horsepower “whoosh” of a wet frog’s tongue as it latches onto a hapless fly.
Such is the convincing power of these metaphors, that I’ve bought 12 boxes of Selleys.
