Toyota Malaysia and the Clan drive a safety message through an augmented reality greeting

Drive Home.jpgIt's that time of year again when Malaysians make their long journey home to their "kampungs" for Chinese New Year. Though many initiatives have been taken to remind the public to be safe while on the road, many messages fall on deaf ears. This year, Toyota and its appointed Digital Agency the Clan decided to put the message into the hands of the public to share with their loved ones.

Introducing Toyota's Chinese New Year #DRIVEHOME AR Greeting, a Facebook-driven Augmented Reality post that allows users to record their own face and message to a greeting that can be saved and shared on multiple platforms or directly via Facebook. The #DRIVEHOME greeting featured 3 key vehicles from Toyota: the All-New Vios, Camry, and Hilux.
