Havas AdWork and Narendra combine forces to form Havas Worldwide Jakarta bringing specialist disciplines and expertise under one roof

Team Havas Worldwide JKT.jpgHavas Worldwide Jakarta is now one fully integrated creative and digital agency under the global Havas Worldwide banner – a move initiated by the two CEOs from AdWork and Narendra to combine clout and bring specialist disciplines and expertise under one roof.

The merger of the two subsidiaries into one Havas operation in Jakarta marks the next step of collaboration for above-the-line advertising (Havas Adwork) and below the line promotion (Havas Worldwide/Narendra). A stronger and experienced management structure is in place along with local talents right across the specialist divisions. This will allow Havas Worldwide Jakarta to reaffirm its position as the agency of choice in the heavily cluttered market going forward.

Matt Wiggers will take on the role as Chief Executive Officer of Havas Worldwide Jakarta; supporting him will be the newly appointed CFO, Mario Sugianto and Chairwoman, Amalia Prabowo.

Following the merger, the agency will continue making combined investments with Havas Media in terms of data, CRM and digital solutions. There will be an on-going investment and commitment towards building more expertise in areas such as FieldForce and Promo Activation.
