Says Toby Talbot, chief creative officer, DDB Sydney: "We are thrilled to welcome someone of Sevda's talent to what I truly feel is fast becoming one of Sydney's strongest creative offerings. Sevda is a production superstar. Throughout her career she has been at the centre of some truly iconic work. And now, coming to DDB and sitting across all of our content in this newly established role, she's relishing the opportunity to influence every part of our business. We can't wait for her to hit the ground running."
Cemo will play an instrumental role in redefining how broadcast and content production, digital, print, social and PR activation work together alongside creative and account service.

Says Cemo: "I'm really excited to be joining DDB Sydney and to be working alongside Toby and the team. It's a wonderful time to come onboard and be a part of developing a new way of working within our ever-changing industry.  By integrating our production resources and operating as a collective, we'll be able to deliver impressive creative output no matter what shape or form the work might take."

Says Talbot: "A key element of our strategy moving forward is to future proof the agency by creating a unified environment whereby projects are approached holistically and are truly integrated. Sevda's role is absolutely vital to make that happen."

Cemo joins DDB Sydney from Johannes Leonardo in New York where she was instrumental in the global launch campaign an entire new entertainment platform for Sony. Prior to Johannes Leonardo, Cemo was senior producer at Clemenger BBDO Melbourne where she spent the best part of a decade working on many multi award winning campaigns including Gold Lion recipients Four 'n Twenty Magic Salad Plate and Guide Dog Australia's Support Scent. Cemo has also produced multi-platform and Internationally awarded campaigns for NAB, Tetley Tea, RACV, Carlton Mid, Carlton Dry & VB as well as Bupa Healthcare to name but a few.

Says Cemo: "As online content, social and digital requests continue to accelerate at such a rapid pace agencies need to build a dynamic working environment that allows nimble solutions for both internal and external production. My aim is to build upon DDB's talented production team and work closely with our partners to develop a dynamic infrastructure that not only embraces the constantly evolving nature of our creative offering, but has capability to bring the creative vision of DDB Sydney to life."
