MJ-BUTLER.jpgStrawberryFrog has opened up shop in Singapore headed by managing director MJ Butler, most recently global business director of P&G Pampers global digital account as well as the Economic Development Board of Singapore.

Butler was previously based at StrawberryFrog’s Headquarters in New York, which in addition to managing global brands for P&G also was responsible for work for the global Emirates Airline as well as LG of Korea.

While she has been at StrawberryFrog for many years and played a key role managing major global brands such as the global P&G Pampers digital business, this is her second stint in Singapore. Prior to StrawberryFrog Butler had been a Senior Account director responsible for managing Unilever brands across Asia Pacific from Singapore and she has a lot of experience in the region.

StrawberryFrog already has offices in New York, Amsterdam, and Mumbai. The clients of StrawberryFrog include the Economic Development Board of Singapore.

Says Scott Goodson, founder and global chairman of StrawberryFrog: “With a strong presence in India and now Singapore, we are poised to help global clients grow. We are a micro network offering clients a different alternative for global brand building compared to the huge agency networks.”

“When we open a new office it is our goal to identify local talent that exemplifies the StrawberryFrog culture and can live up to the StrawberryFrog quality of work,” says Goodson.

“MJ is an extraordinary talent, who embodies our spirit and culture, and has considerable experience building major brands in the region,” says Goodson. “We are proud to have her in the driver’s seat.”

In 2012 StrawberryFrog sold a majority stake of the agency to global PR firm APCO Worldwide with over 30 offices around the world. Since then StrawberryFrog opened in Mumbai and now Singapore.
