Chris Kyme to MC New York Festivals sessions

Chris Kyme.jpgThe New York Festivals is hosting a series of interactive speaking sessions and key note speeches by some of advertising’s most influential and creative minds during the 2010 International Advertising Awards Ceremony to be held this week from June 10 -12 in Shanghai, China. These interactive educational sessions allow attendees to explore emerging trends and discuss the current state of creativity with industry leaders from around the globe. Attendees will be encouraged to interact with the speakers through the use of various digital communications platforms.

Advertising creative Chris Kyme (above) will act as MC/moderator: “The panel discussions offer a unique chance to delve into the minds of industry leaders across Asia. To engage them on topics which are of great significance to the future of our industry, not just as rehearsed presentations, but in live conversation as one-off, vibrant mini-events,” said Kyme.

Interactive seminars to be presented on June 11th:  Consumers Are Changing, is Advertising? features the following prominent advertising creatives: Kitty Lun, Chairman & CEO of Lowe China; Jarek Ziebinski, President of Leo Burnett & Arc Asia Pacific and Jae-Hang Park, Marketing Division Director of Innocean Korea. New Media/New Game, includes: Johan Vakidis, ECD of AKQA Shanghai, China, Joshua Lowcock, Director, Innovation & New Media of Starcom China and Nao Tokui, CEO of Qosom Inc Japan. In addition, Mr. Tan Bing of Sino ADI will present a seminar titled Gateway to China. The final seminar of the day is China, The Billion Dollar Market, featuring the following industry experts: Tomaz Mok, Managing Director of McCann Erickson China, Zhang Hui Qin, Chief Editor of China Ad Magazine and Dick van Motman, CEO & President of DDB China Group.

June 12th seminars: Proliferation of Boutique Agencies includes the following panel members: Santosh Padhi, CCO & Co-Founder of Taproot India, Keum Soo-Chul, CEO of KISS Creative Group Korea, Richard Johnson, Founder of The Gang Singapore and Tony Liu, Chairman & ECD of AEIOU China.
