The brand-new facility enables the Social Media Team at Cheil Singapore to actively monitor social media conversations and trending topics, helping clients to produce compelling content and campaigns that are relevant to real consumers.

“The Social Media Command Centre gives us a holistic view of the social media landscape, allowing us to manage campaigns from end to end,” said Nalla Chan, Managing Director of Cheil Singapore. “With well-chosen visualisations, we hope to make data easily accessible and change the perception that it is difficult to interpret and comprehend.”

Designed to promote collaboration across departments, the Social Media Command Centre has revolutionised the way data is shared within the company. Bringing together real-time social media analytics and the latest social conversations, it enables the escalation of important insights from social intelligence across the Strategy, Creative and Account Servicing teams.

Ng Ju Ann, Digital Planning Director, at Cheil Singapore said, “This data-driven approach gives increased visibility to the impact of our digital efforts and helps us optimise our strategy for more effective customer-centric campaigns.”

Larry Lim, Creative Group Head at Cheil Singapore added, “The Social Media Command Centre is like a magnet, attracting people from all over the company and also clients visiting our office. We see people stopping by regularly to look at it out of curiosity and sharing what they have learned with their teams. It has helped the Creative team immensely in ideating campaigns for our clients.”
