Aiko So joins independent digital creative shop Propel Manila as their new creative director

Aiko So.jpgIndependent digital creative shop Propel Manila appoints Aiko So as its new Creative Director. So will take care of some of the agency’s biggest accounts like Samsung, Uniqlo PH, Unilever Food Solutions, Grab PH, Kielh’s, among others.

“I’m very excited to be part of Propel Manila. I love what they have been doing! And it’s all about ideas and solutions that serve a bigger purpose,” said So (pictured left). “I can’t wait to create work for some of my most favorite brands.”

“Aiko brings to the table more than just great creative ideas. His attitude towards creating solutions to solve real business issues makes him perfect in our entrepreneurial culture,” said JC Valenzuela, CEO and President of Propel Manila. “His talent and experience will help propel further our agency and we could not be happier to have him on our team.”

So brings with him 13 years of advertising and communications experience, handling some of the world’s biggest brands like P&G, Unilever, Nestle, Mondeléz, HSBC, and some of the largest local brands like Jollibee, Monde, Philippine Airlines, Unilab, among others. Prior to Propel Manila, So was with Ogilvy & Mather Philippines, Saatchi & Saatchi Singapore, Publicis JimenezBasic, J. Walter Thompson, and Campaigns & Grey.

He was the key creative in the contagious “Finally Ariel Happened To Me” campaign for P&G and was the lead creative for Tang’s latest, “We Are Homemade” campaign and Philippine Airlines’ “Fly The Way You Deserve”.
