Creativeland Mumbai celebrates #CLAFamilyDay at home following extremely rough weather
Mumbai witnessed extremely rough weather on Tuesday, 29th August and when Creativeland heard the horrors some of their people went through to get back home, they realized people who decided to stay back at work were the more fortunate ones.
To make things a little better, the next day Creativeland declared a work from home day. And since schools and colleges were shut too, Creativelanders could spend some time with their families as well.
Creativelanders took to Instagram to tell everyone how they were spending #CLAFamilyDay #WorkingFromHome as well as hanging out with their families, roommates, pets, enjoying the weather and being comfortable in their own surroundings. It was like they had over 150 different offices in Mumbai since employees posted photos and videos using the hashtag #WorkingFromCLA (their location). Everyone was connected and work was seamless as usual.
Creativelanders opened up their homes for colleagues through these posts bringing people closer. It was definitely a nice warm day after the dreary rainy day.
#CLAFamilyDay was in line with Creativeland’s culture of encouraging people to maintain a good work-life balance by coming to the office early and leaving the office on time.
