Gibson (pictured) has relocated from Singapore, where he has worked for The Mill since 2014 as Executive Producer for Asia. Prior to The Mill, Gibson was General Manager/EP at Film Construction, a leading Australasian production company. During Gibson's time in Asia, he has successfully built strong strategic relationships for The Mill across the region while continuing to look after a portfolio of established Asia clients.

Bolstering The Mill's strong team of US based Executive Producers, Gibson brings his wealth of production, post-production and international sales experience to New York, where he will be working with the EP team to forge new client relationships.

Heather Fullerton, Managing Director of The Mill's New York studio said, "We are delighted to have Tom in New York. He offers a fresh perspective from his experience in Asia and Australasia that complements our incredibly talented team of Executive Producers. Tom has worked with many of the leading agencies and brands around the globe, and this view will make him a great asset as we see exciting new developments to the New York market."

Gibson commented, "It's a privilege to support and represent the caliber of talent and breadth of creativity that lies in The Mill's New York studio. The outstanding work in VFX, visual storytelling and experience creation that this studio has achieved makes this opportunity all the more exciting. The Mill is also a leading force in the emerging technology market within the US. I'm really looking forward to being part of such a pioneering team within our industry."
