“Stevie, Bea and Stacey will provide immense value to our business and further upgrade Edelman’s offer in the region,” said Gavin Coombes, president of Edelman Digital Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa. “These hires build on our foundation of a world-class marketing services business that elevates the work of our clients.”

“Increasingly our clients are trusting us with remits across content and creative services, data and analytics and full-channel activation including paid, search and earned media,” said Amanda Goh, CEO of Edelman Singapore. “Of the 20 new positions created at Edelman Singapore over the past 12 months, more than half of the talent has been focused on major client engagements across multiple sectors including health, technology, energy and FMCG.”

Weber joins from Grey Singapore where she was the global planning director for GSK. Weber’s past agency experience includes Leo Burnett and Saatchi & Saatchi in Sydney and TBWA and Lowe in Jakarta, working for clients such as Diageo, P&G, Lexus, Old El Paso and Unilever, for which she was lead planner across all Unilever accounts for the agency. Weber has also served client side as the head of branding and communications for the Jakarta Monorail, where she led the relaunch and rebranding of the project. At Edelman Singapore, Stevie will lead major client engagements in health and FMCG.

Atienza brings over ten years of planning expertise in international markets. Atienza joins Edelman from data, CRM and digital agency Wunderman Singapore where she led strategic planning. Atienza also has led digital and social strategy for international markets at Commonwealth, McCann Erickson’s dedicated global agency for Chevrolet. Her work was recognized by Campaign Asia-Pacific’s Agency of the Year Awards in 2012 where she was named Southeast Asia Account Person of the Year. Atienza’s remit at Edelman includes major brand and digital client engagement, advocating for integrated planning and creative work that embodies the agency’s communications marketing vision.

Rodrigues has spent the last decade in publishing and media. Starting at the Straits Times, Rodrigues rose through the ranks at MediaCorp as features and lifestyle editor to deputy editor of ELLE Singapore where she drove multi-platform content strategy. During the span of her career, she has produced for 8Days, The Edge, Channel News Asia and countless other media.
