TBWA\Singapore picks up five A-List Hollywood Awards for Airbnb’s ‘A Different Paris’
At Wednesday night’s A-List Hollywood Awards, TBWA\Singapore won two gold, two silver, and one bronze award for Airbnb’s ‘A Different Paris’ campaign.

The A-List Hollywood Awards is the first creative competition of its kind in Hollywood, honoring excellence and innovation intersecting between advertising and entertainment, as it aims to educate, inspire and celebrate the industry’s best work.
‘A Different Paris’ tells the story of a solo female traveller in Paris, as she explores away from popular tourist attractions, and discovers a different side to the city. With suggestions from her Airbnb host, she discovers a different side to Paris, interacting with locals and living just like one.
Her memories of this Different Paris that are seen through an animated world created entirely on a 3D zoetrope – one of the earliest devices used for animation. This gives the journey an authentic and hand made feel, just as Airbnb offers travellers an authentic travel experience.
