Mirum Social Singapore adds Crabtree & Evelyn’s social media business to their client roster

Mirum-Social-KimberleyOlsen_IvanNg.jpgMirum Social, the social media arm of Mirum Singapore, has won social duties for Crabtree & Evelyn, adding to the unit’s fast-growing client roster.

Mirum Social will manage Crabtree & Evelyn’s social presence in Singapore, which includes social campaigns and content creation for the brand’s Facebook and Instagram.

‘We wanted to do something different. The idea proposed by Mirum was ‘disruptive’ and we love it!,” said Wang Whee Min, Country Head, Crabtree & Evelyn Singapore.

“Crabtree & Evelyn has a large retail presence in Singapore and an extensive range of products that would make it a really fun project in terms of content creation,” said Ivan Ng, Head of Social at Mirum (pictured above right).

Ng, together with Kimberley Olsen (left), joined Mirum in January to establish a new social media team. Ng and Olsen are both seasoned social media marketing professionals with wide experience on regional clients.

The duo previously worked at Vocanic, a specialist social media agency, where Ng served as Regional Creative Director and Olsen as Business Director. The pair, who have a strong creative background in design and copywriting, aim to focus on developing social strategies for clients through the implementation of creative content in the newly established specialist team.

Since establishing Mirum Social, Ng and Olsen have built out a team and won social media accounts from a range of brands, including American Tourister, Dulux Paint, Clarke Quay and the Singapore International Foundation.  Mirum Social was also part of a regional team that took part in the winning pitch for ASUS’s global PC campaign.
