DDB China Group launches talent exchange program China Desk to develop their employees

Mark Kaufholz.jpgThis summer DDB China Group launched China Desk, a talent exchange program that enables DDB employees to travel abroad and work at DDB offices overseas. This July, Marc Kaufholz, Senior Designer from DDB Berlin (pictured left) and Wu Jing, Associate Creative Director from DDB Shanghai swapped desks for three months. Both of them are hosted by DDB offices and gaining exposure to the local culture, employees and clients. China Desk gives DDB exchange employees a unique chance to work together with top talents worldwide.

Initiated by DDB China Group, China Desk program is designed to foster professional development of DDB employees by exposing them to different working cultures and DDB’s core values of creativity and humanity. It is a full range of real-time learning experience giving employees a solid opportunity to exchange knowledge with overseas professionals and unleash their creative potential.

Currently, DDB China Group is initiating collaboration with DDB offices overseas such as India and Australia to further advance talent exchange worldwide.
