New Hires Group Shot.jpgFollowing its recent new business wins such as Ministry of Health Holdings, NETS, Mount Faber Leisure Group and the digital and social scope for Wheelock Place and Scotts Square, M&C Saatchi Singapore has bolstered key departments with four senior hires.

Leonard Goonting and Marc Leong reunite to join the agency as Senior Copywriter and Senior Art Director, respectively. Collectively, the pair has over thirty-five years’ experience working on major accounts across key sectors, like Caltex, M1, SingTel, OCBC, Citibank, Audi, Singapore Tourism Board, Samsung, Republic of Singapore Navy, Singapore Army and Marina Bay Sands among others. Together, they have been instrumental in creating thought-provoking campaigns for these brands, and led numerous successful creative pitches.

Dawn Goh joins as Strategy Planning Director. Goh brings with her extensive knowledge from working in advertising, market research and, more recently, a stint as Brand Manager on the client’s side. Working on everything from banking to telecommunications and education to tourism, she has been providing insight-based advice leading to successful campaigns for her clients.

Taking on the role of Digital Lead, Marilyn Yeong spearheads the agency’s online strategies and solutions. Coming from a background in digital media, she has amassed invaluable experience during her time in the challenging markets of China and Malaysia. Most notably, her involvement in the work that won Malaysia’s first-ever Grand Prix award for a digital campaign. Since coming to Singapore, Yeong has been in charge of regional digital strategy for HP, and even named Young Planner of the Year at the Singapore Media Awards.

“These new hires are talented professionals who our clients will get tremendous value from and will help the agency build on the momentum we have achieved so far”, said Tanuj Philip, Founding Partner and CEO of M&C Saatchi Singapore.
