Yi-Ping Godfrey Lee and Shannon Dix join SapientNitro China as client services directors

SapientNitro has strengthened their client service team in China with two key senior appointments in Yi-Ping Godfrey Lee (pictured right) and Shannon Dix (left), both appointed as client services directors.

 

Lee will lead the Unilever and Metlife digital business across China and will work closely with internal teams to deliver a fully rounded and connected digital marketing and customer experience. Dix will oversee the client services team and focus on regional and global client expansion.

Of the new talent appointments, Torben Pheiffer, Vice President and Managing Director at SapientNitro China said, “We are thrilled to welcome Yi Ping and Shannon to the family, both of whom will bring incredible amounts of energy, experience and leadership to the roles. Lee, has spent over 18 years in Asian-American advertising previously having working in New York, where his clients included Mercedes-Benz, HSBC, Hennessy Cognac, SK-II, Ballantine’s, MCI Worldcom, Vonage, and Western Union.

Dix, who has previously worked with SapientNitro, joins the team from the client side as the ex-global head of advertising for HTC Mobile based out of Taiwan, where he led the roll out of global campaigns and new mobile initiatives. Dix has spent over a decade in China where he’s expanded his global client portfolio with his experience in integrated and digital marketing. He has helped to redefine categories and drive phenomenal growth for many of China’s best known brands including: MARS, Marks & Spencer, Tag Heuer, Unilever, Volvo, Dove, Bacardi, and Stella Artois amongst others.
