Tay (left) joined Ogilvy in 2000 and has been Managing Partner since 2012. Under her leadership Ogilvy has seen new business growth in advertising, won Singapore’s first Gold IPA with HPB, and created innovative campaigns for clients such as NEA and Singapore Tourism Board Gems.

Fiona Gordon, Group Chairman said, “Shirley is a brilliant ambassador for our industry, a leader committed to her clients, great work and her teams. She is passionate about getting the best job done and pushes herself and the team to the next level. It’s always important to us that we promote our ‘giants’ from within, and Shirley fully deserves this promotion.”

In addition, Giri Jadhav, (pictured right) as Chief Operating Officer of Ogilvy & Mather, will take on an expanded role, assuming active responsibility for RedWorks, the delivery and production arm of Ogilvy. RedWorks, which has its largest Asia hub in Singapore, has grown significantly over the past 3 years, delivering global and local adaptations and production for many clients.

Michael Burgess, Regional President of RedWorks said, “Giri has a terrific track record in Singapore and knows our business and clients very well. We’re delighted to have his passion applied now to the next stage of RedWorks’ growth”.
