Paul Chan Rob Sherlock.jpgLIA has announced that Mark Tutssel, Executive Chairman/Chief Creative Officer of Leo Burnett Worldwide, will preside over this year’s Integration jury, that contains a strong lineup from Asia.

Joining him on the jury from Asia are Paul Chan, Chief Creative Officer at Cheil Worldwide Hong Kong (pictured left), Rob Sherlock, Chairman at ADK Global, Singapore (pictured right), Mark McDonald, Head of Creative, Mumbai at Digitas India, Mumbai, and Gary Steele, Executive Creative Director at TBWA\Singapore.

Mark Tutssel.jpgAs Executive Chairman of Leo Burnett Worldwide, Tutssel (pictured left) leads the network’s unrivaled creative firepower across the world, and is responsible for setting the company’s vision. Tutssel oversees the creative output for some of the world’s most respected brands, including Samsung, McDonald’s and General Motors.

In 2015, Advertising Age recognized Leo Burnett as the most awarded network in the world. Under Tutssel’s leadership, the network has also topped the Gunn Report’s “All Gunns Blazing” category for seven of the past eight years, leading the industry in new-world thinking. It is one of a very small group of agencies to have ranked in the world’s Top 5 most awarded creative networks for ten years in a row.

“Technology is unleashing unprecedented creative potential. New channels offer fresh ways to engage consumers, while the proliferation of screens in all shapes and sizes has provided an infinite canvas for us to explore. In such a rapidly evolving landscape, my focus will be to celebrate the unexpected and unconventional; work that’s brilliant in thinking, innovative in expression and agile enough to move at the speed of culture. Of course, truly integrated campaigns must also demonstrate a deft understanding of an increasingly complex consumer journey, and deliver solutions that maximize the potential for emotional connection at each and every touch point. It’s a great honor to chair the Integration category this year, and I’m tremendously excited for the opportunity to shine a spotlight on the freshest ideas in the industry.” stated Tutssel.

“Ideas for integration should impact society on either a global level or be woven into the cultural fabric of a particular region. We have such a diverse and experienced jury that the real gems will sparkle in this category,” said Barbara Levy, President of LIA.
