Intersport.jpgIn a fast-paced and action packed film for Gudang Garam Intersport, Seven Sunday Films has captured all of the excitement and energy of the drift car racing scene in its latest campaign ‘World Stage’ via Chai Indonesia.

The story centres on the arrival of three international drifters, as they meet up before the start of a big event race. The stars of the campaign are world-renowned racers Masashi Yokoi from Japan, S Chanatpon Keropiam from Thailand, and Australian Jake Jones.

Intersport2.jpgIntersport 3.jpgEntering the scene in style, the three international drifters arrive from different places to participate at a big GG Intersport event. One enters by plane, another by shipping container and lastly, one enters via a warehouse.

Filmed on three Red Cameras, 10 Hero4 Go Pros and two drones, by award-winning director and DOP Mark Toia, the shoot took Seven Sunday Films to a variety of locations, including a ship container port, an airport and the wide open roads of Jakarta. The team pulled together filming in just two days.

The two-minute film captures lots of close tight shots to exaggerate the speed and drama and was mainly shot in-camera, giving the film and edgy and punchy feel.

Says Seven Sunday Films executive producer Rachel Srisumarsih said, “We are really excited by the energy and pace of this campaign that has translated really well from the racetrack to the screen. A big congrats to all involved.”
