Day 6 + 7 @ Cannes Lions through the CB camera

Come the end of the Cannes week everyone has that weathered look about them. It’s a tough week on the body – bloodshot eyes, cracking weak voices and several bumps and bruises visible. The Festival is in full swing on the Friday and Saturday with some great sessions like the annual Grey Music Seminar with Pussy Riot; Publicis’ Maurice Levy in conversation with International Monetary Fund MD Christine Lagarde; Burger King’s “How to suck less as a client”; and the Lion of St Mark interview with David Droga.

The last two nights were filled with great beach parties and cocktail parties and the closing gala. Highlights for CB were Leo Burnett cocktail party at the Majestic; J Walter Thompson’s beach party at Martinez Beach and the big closing gala party in the Innocean VIP area.
