First launched in 2014 as a division within TBWA\Hakuhodo, \Quantum now specialises in

providing resources, support and know-how to incubate pioneering innovation for both

international corporations and startups.

\Quantum has orchestrated inspired collaborations between unique minds and businesses. These sometimes unlikely partnerships have resulted in successful co-creations of novel products, services and have even spun off unexpected new businesses.

Quantum/Global will be headed by Yuta Inoue (pictured), who has been leading \Quantum as a

general manager since its launch. He will serve as president of Quantum/Global and aims to expand its services, connecting large scale Japanese corporations and startups from around the world in a fresh new environment.

By supporting startups across the world as they launch their businesses and leading them toward lucrative partnerships with established corporations in Japan, \Quantum has quickly grown a dynamic global network.

“Since \Quantum’s establishment, we’ve supported businesses across North America, Europe and Asia, so now launching Quantum/Global in San Francisco will greatly enhance and grow these global service capabilities,” said Inoue. “With over 305 TBWA offices across 98 countries to draw upon, along with Hakuhodo’s many diverse partnerships around the globe, we aim to optimize these resources, both to enhance our own network, but also to utilize them in creating bold, new, disruptive business opportunities for our clients in Japan and around the world.”
