Mom.jpgJ. Walter Thompson Singapore has launched a campaign for online supermarket RedMart that encourages consumers to “Shop As You Are”, establishing the brand as the quick-touch, no-stress solution for their everyday shopping needs.

RedMart, Singapore’s leading online supermarket, was acquired last year by Southeast Asian e-commerce giant Lazada Group. The company tapped J. Walter Thompson in September after a competitive pitch to create its 2017 kickoff campaign.

Bbq.jpgKitchen.jpgThe campaign, which launched on February 20, highlights how RedMart has made shopping for grocery and household items an easy, effortless affair that consumers can do anytime, anywhere – and doesn’t cut into your day.  Whether you are stuck in a traffic jam, or working late in office, RedMart lets you shop wherever you are, as you are.

“RedMart is a very dynamic company, with high ambitions and the clout for growth and customer acquisition in 2017.  We’re incredibly excited to work with them to raise the brand’s profile,” said Peter Womersley, CEO of J. Walter Thompson Singapore.

“We want RedMart to be synonymous with grocery shopping. Our first ever integrated campaign with key prominent buys in OOH media aims to cement our brand in the minds of local consumers,” said Roger E. Egan III, Co-founder & CEO of RedMart.

The campaign will run for three months on out-of-home media, including bus, train and taxis, and bus shelters island wide, as well as online digital and social media.
