Happy Creative Services Bangalore say don’t go out shopping when you can Flipkart it

Flipkart1.jpgFlipkart2.jpgHappy Creative Services Bangalore has launched a new campaign for Flipkart.com pushing the Flipkart tagline don’t shop, flipkart it.

While keeping the concept of children intact, the biggest inspiration for the latest series of commercials is from real life. All stories have been inspired from customers’ feedback and are based on true stories. After sifting through several comments from across various cities, three stories made the cut predominantly because of how small gestures from flipkart.com ensured that the customers experienced true delight.

The series establishes the same with ‘Little Joys’ as the thought stringing all of commercials together. What also is common is how the several advantages of ordering from flipkart.com are subtly brought in to the narrative.

“Flipkart is a people’s brand. Its resounding success comes from the love that customers have for the brand. We wanted to voice the exact thoughts of the customers and hence each script is inspired by true stories. As for the treatment, it’s the most fun testimonial campaign I’ve ever worked on,” says Kartik Iyer, CEO and Co-founder of Happy.

“‘Flipkart it’ is the logical next step for the brand that has managed to delight online shoppers with its impeccable service. This campaign captures some parts of this experience and recreates it in a very interesting manner – which has now become Flipkart’s unique language. Happy & Footcandles team have once again delivered some great creatives which actually met our high expectations,” says Ravi Vora, VP Marketing Flipkart.com.

The films were directed by Ayappa of Footcandles Films.
