Adstream, the leading global provider of creative asset management, delivery and analytics technology, today announced it has signed an agreement to acquire Dubsat, an Omnilab Media company. Dubsat is an advertising content management and distribution company operating in the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa. The acquisition continues Adstream’s ongoing investment in driving global scale for its platform and customers.

Founded in 2000, Dubsat was created in response to the expensive and unreliable method of delivering linear television ad campaigns to broadcasters. Dubsat utilized satellite technology to innovate that process, making it possible to deliver ads to multiple broadcasters simultaneously, within a matter of hours instead of days. 16 years later, Dubsat has evolved into a global advertising content management and delivery company, providing cloud-based solutions to agencies, brands, broadcasters, production houses, and publishers. From linear TV to digital to print, Dubsat helps organizations simplify the way they manage and distribute media.

“Following the acquisition of Deluxe AdServices earlier this year, our partnership with Dubsat is another significant step forward in the global expansion of our offering and the capabilities we provide customers,” said Gerry Sutton, CEO of Adstream. “We will continue to invest in bringing leading global solutions to our worldwide client base, which now includes Dubsat’s impressive portfolio of agencies, brands and media owners. We look forward to working with these clients, offering innovative products, while continuing to provide the high level of service they have come to expect from the Dubsat team.”

“Over the years, the advertising landscape has grown more multi-channel and more global, creating a number of creative challenges for advertisers, agencies and media owners,” said Ian Wheal, Global Strategy Director of Adstream. “By combining Adstream and Dubsat, two of the world’s leading and most recognized global providers of creative asset management and delivery, we have further solidified Adstream as the most effective solution for today’s modern marketing landscape.”

Adstream is the leading global provider of creative asset management, delivery and analytics technology. Its cloud-based platform is used by more than 6,000 global agencies and brands to manage over 25 million creative assets and deliver 2 million per year to more than 125 countries. The company combines collaboration, delivery, and analytics into a single, holistic view within its platform, helping customers boost global workflow efficiency, accelerate campaign time-to-market, enable creative content optimization across channels, minimize brand risk, and reduce costs.

The Dubsat acquisition is subject to customary regulatory approvals and other closing conditions and is expected to close in the coming weeks.
