MRM//McCann Singapore invests in consultancy practice with the addition of eight new hires

P62A7813-Edit-Edit.jpgDue to continued growth MRM//McCann Singapore has expanded its consultancy team with eight new hires across User Experience, Marketing Automation, Social Media, Content, and Performance Analytics. The new hires will enhance the agency’s ability to build a consistent and insight-driven approach for brands from conceptualization to experience design, delivery and execution.

 

Brendon Chase, who heads up the consultancy division at MRM//McCann said, “Understanding brand’s real-world customers is our obsession, and we want to create experiences that really matter to people’s lives. With our expanded team, we are able to offer clients not only superior, customer experience strategy, but also on-the-ground knowledge to execute complex solutions easily.”

Heading up the CRM and Marketing Automation consultancy is industry veteran, Menaka Seshakumar, who brings with her a wealth of experience from IT industry leaders Symantec, HP, Twitter, HP, and Frost & Sullivan consultancy.

 

Joel Acenas handles the media capabilities for the team from a strategic, planning and buying perspective. Prior to joining MRM//McCann, Acenas was at Mindshare and Dentsu where he handled regional accounts such as SAP, Lufthansa, Cisco, and Canon.

 

MRM//McCann is also increasing its social media expertise with Jim Guzman hired to lead the strategic engagement for clients involved in social media. Guzman worked previously with Commonwealth//McCann team leading social for the Asia Pacific, Middle East and South Africa regions for client Chevrolet. Prior to moving to Singapore, Guzman was working with MRM//McCann Manila where he led the highly successful social accounts team for Nestle, including NESCAFE and Coffee-mate.

 

Underpinning these initiatives, the agency has expanded the data and performance team to provide real-time analytics insights to fuel more strategic decision-making and optimization. Already led by Emil Lownander, the team has expanded with the hire of two more performance specialists.
