Nike, com.jpgIf you think the greatest shots have been shot or the fastest times have been run, it’s time to think again. There’s more out there and NIKE.COM is where it all begins.

NIKE Japan has launched a new NIKE.COM campaign “Sport Starts Here” with a 15-second TV spot “LOOP”, created by Wieden+Kennedy Tokyo.

Nike.com2.jpgThe TV spot “LOOP” directed by Eiji Tanigawa, one of the most recognized directors in Japan,

highlights a female runner who wears a NIKE FREE 3.0 FLYKNIT. The NIKE FREE 3.0 FLYKNIT

allows runners to move the way they were meant to. In this case the road she runs pushes her

limits and our imagination. To help communicate the campaign idea that NIKE.COM, is where

sport starts, the last scene reveals that her dare devil course spells, NIKE.COM.

Whether you are a professional athlete or a first-timer runner on a treadmill, you can start your own sports journey anytime. There is more play out there. That’s why there is more gear, inspiration, training and community at NIKE.COM. NIKE Japan positions the website NIKE.COM as an ultimate sports hub for people to search, find, support and share their performances.

W+K Tokyo’s creative director, Adam Koppel says “It’s exciting to think of a website as more than

just a combination of services and products, but as inspiration to be a better athlete. Put all the

digital pieces together and you can inspire real world performance. We look forward to seeing

where this campaign can go in the future.”

Following the launch of “LOOP”, second TV spot will launch in late April. NIKE Japan will leverage the campaign through online media and NIKE’s social accounts.
