Garnier 2.jpgGarnier 3.jpgSeven Sundays producers Rodney and Ajeng Vincent have turned out an exhilarating new action spot, this time for Garnier Men, in their latest campaign for the men’s face wash product.

Directed by iClaudius and shot by Sven Lippold the film pits Motor vs Parkour and features a race between a proponent of parkour, played by well known actor and martial artist Joe Taslim and a motor stunt rider played by vocalist Pasha of Ungu, as they race the streets of Jakarta, man vs machine.

The film showcases some impressive stunt work by Taslim, as he leaps between and off buildings in his efforts to outrace Pasha on his motorbike, and culminates with Taslim sliding under a truck to clinch the race.

Conceived by Publicis Indonesia, the “Urban Hero” spot is part of a broader digital campaign which links to the www.urbanhero.co.id URL. The website features some behind the scenes material, maps of the race locations and product info, as well as an online film that takes the viewer deeper into the competition with extensive race coverage and commentary by reporter Iwan Sukmawan.
