Geometry Global Hong Kong collaborates with Australian jewellery designer Nicola Cerrone on new trophies for PMAA ‘Dragons of Asia’ awards

PMAA Trophies.jpgGeometry Global Hong Kong has joined forces with the PMAA ‘Dragons of Asia’ Awards and Australia’s internationally renowned jeweller, Nicola Cerrone, to create a new set of iconic ‘Dragons of Asia’ ‘Infinity’ trophies.

The PMAA ‘Dragons of Asia’ are amongst Asia’s most highly regarded Marketing Communications Awards, celebrating the best ‘results-driven’ work in the region, since 2000.

PMAA Trophies 1.jpgKenny Blumenschein, Executive Creative Director of Geometry Global Hong Kong and his team, redesigned a series of new trophies that have been brought to life by Nicola Cerrone, incorporating distinctive Australian gemstones. The new ‘Infinity’ Dragon stands for the endless quest towards creative excellence in the marketing and communications industry. This includes a Red Dragon for Best in Asia with a red gemstone eye, a Blue Dragon for Best in Country with a blue gemstone eye as well as Gold, Silver and Bronze trophies.

The Founder of the PMAA ‘Dragons of Asia’, Mike Da Silva added, “Each year, support from the industry for the Dragons has increased across all marketing disciplines. Last year we received not only the highest number of entries yet, but according to Judges, the 2014 contenders represented the very best Marketing Communications work ever. Thanks to the imagination, creative and technical expertise of Geometry Global Hong Kong and Nicola Cerrone, we now have a new set of truly iconic awards for this year’s winners onwards that promises to make the ‘Dragons of Asia’ even more worthwhile to take part in.”

Call for entries in the 2015 ‘Dragons of Asia’ starts on March 1.
