Adstream promotes MD Peter Miller to the new role of executive director - global market strategy

image001.jpgAdstream has announced the appointment of Peter Miller (left), previously managing director of Australia and New Zealand, to the newly created role of executive director - global market strategy.

Over the past year Adstream has expanded its global footprint significantly. According to Gerry Sutton, global CEO of Adstream, the appointment of Miller to this new global role underlines Adstream's intention to be a progressive global company balanced with strong regional leadership and focus.
Says Sutton: "Peter has lead Adstream Australia to exceptional success for over 10 years so he brings to the role his understanding of regional and local needs, and a well- developed global perspective."

Miller is a director of Adstream Asia, and will support that division's development especially with regard to the many global advertiser and agency partnerships already established in Australia and Europe.

Says Miller: "I am jazzed about this next project. Adstream Australia has been a labour of love for me from start-up days to a mature and successful player in the Australian ad game. We have learned plenty in our first decade, much of that from our customers. To bring these learnings to our expanding global operation is a terrific opportunity for me personally."

Geoff Hoffmann (above, right) will be stepping into the position of managing director for Adstream Australia and New Zealand. Hoffmann joined the Adstream team in 2014 as commercial director after a long career in senior sales roles with some major Australian companies including Sensis.

Hoffman will be working closely with the Australia and New Zealand teams to continue to grow Adstream's market leadership and bring new solutions successfully to market.

Says Miller: "Geoff brings fresh eyes; deep experience and new skills to this great business. He is a sharp strategic thinker, is fantastically customer focused and will do well on all fronts."

Miller's and Hoffmann's appointments are effective immediately.
