“Jay and Julie are important additions to Prophet’s Hong Kong office amidst our robust business momentum in the region,” said Michael Dunn, Chairman and CEO for Prophet. “They have an impressive track record for combining analytical rigor with creativity and innovation to transform the world’s leading brands and businesses.”

Milliken has been with Prophet for over a decade, most recently in the London office, where he played a pivotal role in the company’s explosive growth in the UK and continental Europe. His strategic approach to developing and executing customer-driven growth helped the company win large brand assignments for Cisco and Monsanto.

“It’s an exciting time to join Prophet’s Hong Kong office,” explained Milliken. “Many companies in the region are looking to us for guidance to help them link brand strategy to business strategy. Our clients are ready to leverage their brands beyond marketing, to unlock growth, transform it into a customer experience and motivate people.”

Purser was most recently a senior engagement manager in Prophet’s Chicago office, where her deep understanding of data-driven insights helped provide clients with a window of understanding into consumer and business buying patterns and motivations. In her seven years with Prophet, she has worked with Cargill, Electrolux, Johnson & Johnson and T. Rowe Price.

“I am thrilled to work in one of the world’s fastest growing economies, helping clients understand the impact that a compelling brand and customer strategy can have on their business growth,” said Purser. “Prophet helps companies better understand their consumers so they can meet their needs in ways previously believed to be impossible.”

David Aaker, vice chairman of Prophet added, “Asia is one of Prophet’s growth priorities and the leading brands in the region are turning to Prophet to take marketing to the next level.”  Aaker will be in Shanghai on 22 September to launch the Chinese versions of his latest books: Aaker on Branding: 20 Principles that Drive Success and Brand Relevance: Making Competitors Irrelevant.
