Celebrity Fitness, Grass Roots and Fitch launch first loyalty program Starfit into South East Asia

StarFit_Landscape.jpgCelebrity Fitness, one of the biggest and fastest growing fitness center chains in  South East Asia, has launched a loyalty rewards program Starfit. Starfit, was developed with leading global loyalty specialist Grass Roots and renowned global brand consultancy FITCH, and rewards members with a plethora of choice treats as part of their fitness membership experience. Celebrity Fitness members get to reward themselves by accumulating points through various membership activities and using these points to redeem gifts from partners that include restaurants, fashion and gadget brands.

In keeping with its reputation for being a forerunner of innovation in the fitness industry, the launch of Starfit makes Celebrity Fitness the first fitness center chain in Asia to have a fully integrated loyalty program akin to those historically found only in the hotel and airline industries. Because it is integrated into their fitness membership experience, Starfit is complimentary to all registered Celebrity Fitness members who do not have to do anything out of the norm to be rewarded. In fact, Celebrity Fitness rewards members just for joining. 

Points are also earned through hitting the gym at least once a week (thereby ‘doubly rewarding’ oneself on top of the physical benefits of maintaining a regular fitness routine), recommending friends who become fellow members, utilizing personal training including completing Celebrity Fitness’ three free Take Action sessions that are part of a member’s entitlement on signing up, and many others.
