Brand Learning opens new APAC office in Singapore and appoints Sandeep Khanna as MD

Sandeep.jpgBrand Learning, the global experts in building capabilities to drive customer-centred growth, has opened a new APAC office in Singapore. Brand Learning Asia Pacific will help the business better support both its global clients as well as those who are based in the region. Asia Pacific is Brand Learning’s third overseas office following Brand Learning Inc which opened in New York City in June 2012.

 

The company has made a key strategic appointment to head up this new office. Sandeep Khanna, former vice president of corporate marketing APAC at LG Electronics and senior marketer at Nokia and Akzo Nobel ICI Paints has become the first managing director of Brand Learning Asia Pacific.

 

He is a specialist in emerging markets with over 25 years of branding and marketing experience in Asia and will support Brand Learning in its continued expansion in the region.

Khanna (left) started his career in India, working in the advertising agency world, before moving on to senior client side roles at AkzoNobel in India and Vietnam. After this, he worked at Nokia in the Philippines before going on to drive the regional marketing vision at LG Electronics in Singapore. He has latterly been running his own consultancy in Singapore and brings a wealth of senior client and agency experience.

 

Singapore has become a key regional hub for many of Brand Learning’s clients in Asia – and this new office strengthens its capacity to respond to the growing demand to help client organisations in developing and inspiring their APAC teams.

 

Drawing on the expertise of Brand Learning’s 150-strong team, the Singapore office will support local businesses and global clients such as Kellogg’s in areas including marketing, digital, HR, sales and leadership.
