Jeffry Gamble moves up to the Chief Creative Officer position at DDB Group Hong Kong

Jeffry Gamble[2].jpgJeffry Gamble (left), who joined DDB in 1999, and rose through the ranks to become Group Executive Creative Director in September 2012, has been promoted to Chief Creative Officer of DDB Group Hong Kong.

Simone Tam, President and CEO of DDB Group Hong Kong and Guangzhou said Gamble’s contribution to the agency’s success is indisputable.

Over the last three years, DDB Group Hong Kong topped the major industry award shows, including the Hong Kong Effies, Kam Fan Awards and Adfest. In 2013, Gamble was named Creative of the Year at the Kam Fan Awards and was runner up for Campaign Asia Pacific’s Greater China Creative Director of the Year 2013, cementing his place as the top creative in Hong Kong.

Gamble has worked with McDonald’s since he started at DDB. In the past year, he has had creative control over 40 McDonald’s campaigns including 30 TVCs. Gamble also sits on DDB Group Asia Pacific’s Creative Council – Bullseye.
