XM Gravity Indonesia boosts its roster in 2014

XM Gravity Group.jpgXM Gravity has expanded its management team with a string of high-profile hires to prepare for the next phase of growth in 2014.

Dimas Novriandi, (pictured bottom left) who has key agency and client side digital marketing experience, joins XM Gravity as General Manager. Novriandi has held management and strategic planning roles at a range of local and international companies, including Zalora Indonesia, Sampoerna, XL Axiata, and PRISM, an activation company in Thailand that’s part of the WPP group.

Novriandi will oversee and facilitate strategic management consulting in all of XM Gravity’s business units, as well as providing supervision over the company’s day-to-day corporate and project deliverables. The Jakarta-based agency also welcomes three new key members in its business development, strategic, and analytics & media lineups.

Daniel Hagmeijer, (pictured top left) who served as TNS Indonesia’s Technical Consultant & Research Manager, joins XM Gravity as Strategic Planner. In this role, Hagmeijer will work closely with the company’s planning steam to infuse wide range of consumers insights, sparking the right ideas and strategies to compose the best-in-class digital methods and optimization plans for the clients, ensuring all strategic decisions are well-crafted to meet every project’s particular goals.

During his time at TNS, Hagmeijer, who hails from the Netherlands, conducted in-depth innovation and product development research for various prominent clients with the likes of Coca-Cola, Samsung, Intel and P&G.

Daniel Van Leeuwen (pictured top right) also joins XM Gravity’s Digital Media & Analytic unit, Purple, as Director of Analytics, Strategy and Media. Van Leeuwen joins the XM Gravity team in Jakarta from the UK, where he has held senior planner and managerial positions at Carat and Manning Gottlieb OMD in London. Van Leeuwen, who holds an International Business & Marketing degree from the University of San Francisco, began his career as Account Coordinator at Hub Strategy, a San Francisco-based branding agency.

Adding to the long list of the key hires is Indonesian digital senior expert Deden Purnamahadi, (bottom right) who joins the company as Business Director for XM Gravity One, the company’s digital marketing unit.

The skills and experience Purnamahadi has gained at top technology and PR companies such as Edelman Digital and Fleishman-Hillard–for which he was appointed Vice President for Technology & Digital–will be applied to One’s strategic business maintenance and development, providing thorough support towards the unit’s existing and potential collaborative work with coveted brands throughout the region.
