Employing a series of teaser in his Facebook page (see left and below), it revealed the opening of the agency called K3. Behind K3 are seasoned creative partners coming from diverse creative backgrounds. Together, they combine over 40 years of experience on local and regional brands and more than 170 international and effective awards.

K3 is offering a full range of advertising and communication services – from concept development, interactive, packaging, collaterals, web design and corporate identity and PR.

Wee Kim’s career in advertising has taken him through various agencies including Batey, Bates, DDB, Leo Burnett and McCann and twice at BBDO. Over the last decade, Wee Kim has been ranked among Singapore and Asia’s top 20 creatives. He received his first Bronze Cannes Lion in 1999. The Gold came a couple of years later. By 2007, he had won the Outdoor Grand Prix at AdFest.

“K3 is not the Everest of advertising, big and slow to react. Nor is it the K2, hard to maneuver and difficult to understand.” Wee Kim explains about the new agency.

“It is the 3rd mountain of challenges. It can move rapidly, react quickly and do things at half the time,” he continues, “by assembling the right team to handle the job requirement for a particular client, K3 can deliver the best result in the most resourceful way possible.”

According to Wee Kim, K3 aims to be a place where fresh creativity happens in order to find a faster and most effective solution for the client. More information about K3 is at www.k3.com.sg.
