JWT Jakarta consolidates all PT Indosat brands

Lulut.jpgJWT Jakarta has won all three pre and post-paid cellular service brands offered by PT Indosat, making JWT the sole brand agency for the Indonesian telecommunications company.

JWT Jakarta hung onto IM3, a prepaid product that targets the youth market, and also won Indosat’s Matrix and Mentari businesses as well. Matrix is a post-paid product, and Mentari is a pre-paid card designed for young executives and home makers.

“Winning all three pieces of Indosat’s business puts JWT in a great place to help the company create cohesive positioning for its entire portfolio,” said Lulut Asmoro, President of JWT Jakarta (pictured left). “This is a very fast-paced, dynamic sector, and we’re thrilled that Indosat has selected us as their partner of choice.”

JWT Jakarta has also been named agency of record for PT American Standard Indonesia (LIXIL Group), which makes bathroom, tiles and kitchen fixtures. PT American Standard Indonesia, which has focused on tactical promotions for the last four years, now plans to change tack and revamp the company’s organization, services and brand image in this fast-growing, emerging market. JWT will work with American Standard to build its profile with both business and retail consumers through digital, activation, and above-the-line advertising, and will help the company launch its first concept store in Indonesia.
