Farrah Bianca heads digital creative department at BBDO/Proximity Malaysia

BIANCA.jpgBBDO/ Proximity Malaysia has appointed Farrah Bianca as its Associate Creative Director of Proximity Malaysia.

Bianca kick-started her 10-year advertising career in BBDO across a vast portfolio which included BMW MINI, Maxis, Fonterra, MARS and Pepsi to name a few. She returned to the agency 18 months ago after spending a short stint away. With this recent appointment, Bianca will helm the creative leadership of Proximity Malaysia, reporting directly to the Executive Creative Director, Richmond Walker.

“We are thrilled to have Bianca at the digital creative helm,” said BBDO/ Proximity Malaysia Managing Director Michelle Achuthan. “Bianca has all the characteristics of a BBDO talent, she is a passionate creative thinker who delivers game-changing ideas. I have no doubt Bianca will give Proximity the edge it needs to stay in the forefront of digital communications.”

Bianca’s love for good ideas has garnered her local and international recognition and awards across TV, Multimedia, Direct and Digital including a silver Kancil Award and a bronze AdFest award in digital in 2010, a silver award at the Malaysia Effectiveness Awards in 2008 and was named finalist at Media Spikes, Caples and Cannes.

“I was schooled in BBDO, and its philosophy of The Work The Work The Work is one of the reasons I came back. I look forward to growing with BBDO/Proximity Malaysia and delivering integrated solutions that build brands,” Bianca said.
