BBDO Proximity dominate at Caples Awards

VW.jpgBBDO/ Proximity has dominated at this year’s Caples awards, becoming the most awarded network at the awards for the eighth consecutive year.   

 

The network won an unprecedented 55 awards – 45% of the total awarded during the show – including 15 Golds, 26 Silver and 14 Bronze.

The 34th International John Caples Awards, held in New York, celebrated the best in direct and interactive marketing from around the world.  Fourteen BBDO/ Proximity agencies contributed to the success of the network, including a number of wins from the Asia Pacific region. 

Notably, Proximity China was the only agency in China to win an award, taking home a Gold, Silver and Bronze for Volkswagen’s The People’s Car Project. Clemenger BBDO and Clemenger BBDO Proximity Melbourne each struck Gold, for New Zealand Transport Agency and National Australia Bank, respectively.  While Colenso BBDO and AIM Proximity in New Zealand together won 14 awards, including 3 Golds for Mars, Levi’s and Frucor beverages.
