Monday People Bangkok, part of the Y&R network in Asia, has created two print ads for Prachachat Newspaper entitled “abortion” and “sexual harassment” depicting the paper’s ability to break through the facade to get to the truth.

If the idea is about ‘depicting the paper’s ability to break through the facade to get to the truth’….
then shouldn’t the headline say See through the lies?
Right now, they’re implying the exact opposite.
Also, a thai language newspaper advertising in English?
Plus an image of a teacher buggering a student???
Methinks this was created for a select few…..at Cannes.
This ad campaign can run in Thailand?
Yeah, I just wondering why the ad agency doesn’t change the Newspaper Name into an English one as well? Probably it’s easier to just change the tagline than mucking around with the newpaper naming. And prob the Cannes juries doesn’t care as well.
Using the show-through of press advertising as a reveal is not new.
