New ECDs & Head of Art at BBDO Guerrero

Brandie_Tin.jpgBBDO Guerrero | Proximity Philippines has announced the promotion of Brandie Tan and Tin Sanchez to the position of joint Executive Creative Directors. Tan and Sanchez, who were the team responsible for the Agency’s highly awarded ‘Lola Techie’ campaign for Bayan Telecommunications, will take over the creative leadership of the Agency from Simon Welsh who is returning to England as Creative Director of a top London Agency.

Tan and Sanchez joined BBDO Guerrero | Proximity Philippines in 2008 as Head of Art and Head of Copy. Prior to joining the Agency, the pair were joint Executive Creative Directors of Lowe Vietnam. As well as their highly recognized work for Bayan Telecommunications, they were the winners of the first and only Cannes Gold Lion for the Philippines.

Last month Sanchez returned from a posting at Proximity Worldwide in London as part of the creative leadership transition plan.

Paul Andreson.jpgConcurrently, the Agency has also announced the appointment of PaulAnderson to the position of Creative Director & Head of Art of BBDOGuerrero | Proximity Philippines. Anderson, a native of South Africa,started his career at The Jupiter Drawing Room in Johannesburg, beforemoving to TBWA / Hunt Lascaris and has worked in Asia since 2005. Hejoins the Agency from BBH Asia Pacific in Singapore and Shanghai.
