McCann Erickson India has created a business card that replicates a scratch console to instantly draw attention to the client DJ’s profession as well as deliver the idea of practically scratching the disk. The card generated a lot of hype and has been nominated in several award shows.

I got three more card ideas:
Carpenters: a card that has grooves of actual cement in it.
Librarians: A card with name written in 3 pt. size. (Shhhhhhhhh…get it?)
Yoga Instructor: A card that’s all bent into an accordion shape.
Now…wheres my fucking award?????
Hahaha..
Its that time of the year…when DJs and Yoga Instructors approach big agencies to design their card.
Flip through last 2 years One Show Design and you’ll see tons of namecard design winning work there from India. Well, the economy is that bad over there, you’ll probably pitch for namecard?!
Come on guys. Get some real work done mate!
Man DJ’s are getting paid well these days if they can afford big agencies.
I wonder if they’ve got em’ on a retainer…?
