Thierry Halbroth joins Sylvester Song to double- head the Cathay Pacific team at McCann HK

SylvesterThierry.jpgThierry Halbroth has been promoted to Joint Executive Creative Director, joining ECD Sylvester Song in managing McCann Erickson’s Cathay Pacific Central Team creative department. Since joining McCann Erickson in early 2006, Halbroth has been a key member of the Cathay Pacific Central Team and a great leader, inspiration and contributor of leading-edge creative ideas.

Thierry has consistently demonstrated that he thinksoutside the box and nurtures big ideas. Together, we will be headingthe strongest integrated creative department in Hong Kong,” saidSylvester Song.

The creative pair is also responsible forputting Cathay Pacific on the international award maps, havingcontributed to over 100 awards since 2006.

As an advocate fordigital integration and creative thinking, Halbroth’s experience isvalued within the advertising industry and the Hong Kong community, inwhich he is actively involved. Earlier this year, he was electedChairman of the iDA Committee within the HK4As (The Association ofAccredited Advertising Agents of Hong Kong). Halbroth gained extensiveairline experience working on British Airways and Qantas while atM&C Saatchi as Director of Integrated Services, managing onlinecreative and integrated marketing activities for four years.
